The 60-day guarantee

If At-Home Dry Eye Test Kit + Starter Drops is not working for you, email hello@tryosmara.com within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price. This applies to opened product, and you do not need to ship anything back.

Sixty days covers a first reading, a few weeks of daily drops, and a second reading, which is the shortest honest window to judge whether this told you anything useful.

How refunds land

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our reply. We refund the product price in full; there is nothing to deduct because shipping was free.
